Sultan Gardens Resort Sharm El Sheikh - Ultra All Inclusive

I liked the resort's spacious areas and the variety and size of the swimming pools. The cleanliness, service, and attention of the pool supervisors. The enthusiasm, service, and attention of all the restaurant staff. The supervisor (Doaa) adds to the atmosphere of closeness and intimacy, and her attention to all guests. Of course, the reception team, without exception, is distinguished by its good treatment and attention to guests' requests. Finally, the distinguished entertainment team adds a wonderful atmosphere of intimacy, positivity, and entertainment to the resort, which is loved by everyone, young and old, and of all nationalities.

I want to start off by saying how welcoming the hotel is as soon as you enter. The staff on reception are extremely helpful, especially Mr Eid, who was happy to help with any issue we had. The hotel was always so clean and tidy, shoutout to the housekeeping team, Mohamed and Ibrahim All the staff in the restaurant are amazing Big shoutout to Ibrahim, Ahmad, mohamad and Mr Lofty. Everybody is always so attentive and looking after us all the time, they are all so hardworking and always want to make sure we have the best experience as possible All the staff from Eagle Divers were great and lovely Ali and Mohammad special mention as they were great salespeople and very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. They went above and beyond and helped us book our trip to Ras Mohamad- A lovely day trip on the boat where we did snorkelling and diving. the White Island was beautiful but you can’t beat snorkelling in Tiran, it was the most amazing place. You cannot miss Quad biking in the Safari either!! We booked with Hamada who was lovely. We had a trip to the desert where we rode the quad bikes and also camels and was accommodated very well, Hamada was also really helpful as we had friends in Sunrise Arabian (The hotel next to us) and they booked with him as well so we were altogether on the safari trip which was great !! Ahmed spoke to us about swimming with dolphins and we would have liked to do this but we unfortunately didn’t get the time to do this, hopefully next time! Once again shout out to all the staff at Eagle Divers, they were all amazing and friendly and they always look after you and make you feel special. A big shoutout to the lifeguard team, Shehab, Moustafa, Mohamed Arby always watching and attentive to the sea, Make sure you speak to Moustafa and book in for the spa, they do great massages and the scrubs make your skin feel so smooth. Above all, I’d like to point the staff who made up our stay lovely, entertaining. Special thanks to beautiful Olya gor her hospitality and Memo for his amazing energy from animation team. All the meals was great with tons of options. Open buffet is real huge and it is impossible that you cant find anything to eat. Rooms were clean, we have stayed in a premium suite which is large and have a great jacuzzi inside. Housekeeping workers was great and very good at hospitality. They always ask if we need anything. Animation team prepared great shows every night which kept us entertained. we did not even leave the hotel. also during the day there were games at the beach and pool area. yoga, coctail games, belly dances, volleyball and so on. Thank you all! This hotel will definetly be our choice next year!

The hotel is truly amazing! Huge, lush green territory that’s very well maintained. A shuttle bus runs frequently around the resort - no long waiting. All rooms have a nice view, nothing looks out onto a wall or service area. Housekeeping is excellent. Staff are incredibly polite and attentive - you truly feel like a VIP guest. Plenty of sunbeds by both the pools and the beach. Two convenient, short piers, plus a sandy entry into the sea - perfect for families with kids. There’s a kids’ club where you can leave children (4+ years) for the whole day. Food is outstanding - delicious and very diverse. We’ll definitely return, next time with our children.
